Lender takes back title of Lauderdale building

Boca Raton-based Jericho All-Weather Opportunity Fund took title to a vacant mixed-use building on the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale after a foreclosure sale in Broward Circuit Court. Jericho was awarded the property Wednesday with a minimum bid of $100. There were no other bidders. Jericho was awarded $12.34 million in a November 2008 foreclosure judgment against borrower 515 Seabreeze LLC.
