Florida International University and the 3rd District Court of Appeal have formed the Rosemary Barkett Appellate American Inn of Court, named for a former Florida Supreme Court chief justice serving on the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
The American Inns of Court program is designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar.
