Lockheed Martin, which last spring won a $37 million trade-secrets verdict against a competitor, has asked a federal judge in Atlanta for more than $16 million as reimbursement for its attorney fees and expenses.
L-3 Communications Integrated Systems, which a jury found had deliberately misappropriated Lockheed’s trade secrets on a submarine chaser, contends the fee request for Kilpatrick Stockton and Venable is excessive.
