The Deal: The White & Case attorneys represented Calyon London Branch, as administrative agent, in a $100 million syndicated senior secured credit facility for Pluspetrol Camisea S.A of Peru. The proceeds from the facility will be used to finance capital expenditures for the development and operation of the Camisea natural gas field in central Peru, one of the largest fields in Latin America.
