Less than a month after losing the Gansevoort South to foreclosure, New York father-and-son developers William and Michael Achenbaum lost the contract to manage the high-end Miami Beach hotel.
The new owner, Column Financial, a Credit Suisse affiliate, gave the contract to Naples-based Coral Hospitality. One of the new hotel operator’s key properties is Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach.
