Palm Beach County commissioners have selected the Related Cos. to develop a long-planned hotel adjacent to the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach.
The New York-based company developed West Palm Beach’s $600 million CityPlace center across the street from the convention facility. The planned 400-room, 15-story hotel is to carry the Hilton brand.
