A partnership between Chicago-based MCZ Development and Centrum Properties is facing foreclosure on a 202-acre golf course in Boca Raton.
Wachovia Bank filed a foreclosure suit March 18 against MCZ/Centrum Florida V seeking more than $7 million the partners borrowed in 2004 to acquire the Ocean Breeze Golf & Country Club. The loan came due in May.
