The economic recession has shifted the balance of power in the legal marketplace toward general counsel, perhaps permanently, a new report by international law firm Eversheds says.
The report, “Law Firm of the 21st Century: The Clients’ Revolution,” has been showing up on legal Web sites all over the place for the last few weeks.
