At long last, many real estate attorneys are seeing transactions – not just workouts and defaults – increase, with property sales figures coming in much higher in the first quarter of 2010 than a year ago.
But real estate attorneys in South Florida say transactions here are still mainly for distressed properties, and they aren’t so sure the uptick that attorneys are seeing in the rest of the country is very meaningful – yet.
