Miami Heat all-star Dwyane Wade sold his Pinecrest mansion for $2.5 million, a drastic decline from the more than $6 million he once sought.

The six-bedroom home sold for $277 per square foot, higher than the $240 average that similar homes in the area have sold for in the last six months, said Re/Max Advance Realty agent Hazel Goldman. She and Re/Max colleague Denise Madan represented Wade.
