Ted Meyer had a vision. The former managing partner of Seyfarth Shaw in Houston and a former labor and employment practice coordinator at Jones Day’s Houston office wanted to create a diverse law firm with a different philosophy.

He wanted to develop a national law firm with attorneys from top-tier firms who would cater to clients of all sizes and adapt to the changing business world in financially stressful times.
