It took Key Biscayne entrepreneur Sean Wolfington more than three years to sell a mansion once owned by Cher, but it was worth the wait.
Wolfington sold the six-bedroom, bayfront estate for $10.4 million. He paid $8.8 million for the house in 2006 at the peak of the market.
