Lewis “Mike” Eidson, a partner at Colson Hicks Eidson in Coral Gables, has been named to an expanded plaintiff committee in the multi-district litigation against Toyota Motor over sudden acceleration defects in its vehicles.
Eidson is the only Florida lawyer among 21 plaintiff attorneys chosen to manage the litigation involving U.S. claims.
