The Fort Lauderdale-based law firm Ruden McClosky has quietly settled for an undisclosed amount two civil fraud cases brought against it by investors in a failed Utah ski resort scheme.

Two investors in what was promoted as a $200 million deal for a ski village near the Powder Mountain slopes accused Ruden and West Palm Beach partner Marvin Rosen of multiple counts of fraud in the resort development plan. They sought the return of $7.5 million.
