Bill Reichel, president of Palm Beach Gardens-based Reichel Realty & Investments and managing director Peter J. Filomena have been appointed receivers for five South Florida properties.
Reichel was named receiver for Palm Court Plaza, a 50,000-square-foot office-retail project 11011 U.S. Highway 1, North Palm Beach. Filomena is receiver for three apartment complexes, two in Boynton Beach and one in Fort Lauderdale, and for the Casa Loma Motel in Lake Worth.
