A Miami-Dade Circuit Court judge said Friday that she would need to review transcripts before deciding whether DuPont committed discovery fraud in a Benlate crop damage case, but she was unsettled by the company’s system for producing documents about the fungicide.

Judge Amy Steele Donner has threatened to wipe out DuPont’s defenses and conduct a trial only on damages sought by five plant nurseries.
