Royal Pet Supplies, a product distributor, has renewed its 79,819-square foot lease at the Copans Business Park in Pompano Beach. The 23-year-old, 380,400-square-foot park is owned by Premier Commercial Realty, Inc., which is based in Lake in the Hills, IL. The vacancy rate at four-building park, which is just west of I-95, is about 13%.
