A candidate for Broward County judge will be allowed to use his birth name on the primary ballot even though he legally changed his name nearly 20 years ago, the 4th District Court of Appeal ruled Thursday.
Racing to meet Friday’s deadline to start printing ballots, the appellate court reversed a decision issued a week ago by Palm Beach Circuit Judge Edward Garrison, who ruled Jordan Jordan could not be listed as Jordan Howard Breslaw.
