Palm Beach-based Innkeepers USA Trust, a real estate investment trust with interest in 72 hotels nationwide, Monday filed a pre-packaged agreement that calls for a Lehman Brothers affiliate to take control of the company after the reorganization.

The company and its affiliates filed for Chapter 11 protection Monday from its creditors in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan, listing more than $1.2 billion in secured debt.
