The 3rd District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission is accepting applications to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Gerald B. Cope Jr.
Applicants must be members of The Florida Bar for the past 10 years, registered voters and must live in the court’s jurisdiction when taking officer. They must include an original application plus nine copies on paper, CD or PDF format.
