The retail market has reached a fragile level of stability in vacancies but that could change at any minute with some national and regional retailers struggling to stay alive, according to Barry Wolfe, vice president of investments for Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group in Fort Lauderdale; Alan Esquenazi, principal with the Continental Real Estate Cos. in Miami; and Brian Kosoy, president & CEO of Sterling Organization in Palm Beach.

They spoke to the Daily Business Review about trends in the retail market.
