State Attorney Michael J. Satz wants Broward Circuit Judge Carlos Rodriguez to be disqualified from all cases assigned to one of his prosecutors, claiming the judge humiliated her in court and is biased against her.

The judge also undermined her authority on negotiated plea deals and demonstrated a bias in favor of a drug abuser and a woman accused of assaulting a peace officer, Satz claimed.
