Broward Public Defender Howard Finkelstein said Thursday his staff will file motions to recuse County Judge Lee Jay Seidman from every case before him due to conduct since the judge lost his election in August.
The blanket directive involves several hundred cases and is necessary because “he is not fit to sit,” Finkelstein said.
