Stiles got the nod Thursday to build a new Broward County Courthouse parking garage following presentations to an advisory committee by the three bidders.

The Courthouse Task Force Advisory Committee listened and deliberated for 3½ hours before ranking the candidates. Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles owns the 600 block of South Andrews Avenue and was favored for the project.
