A three-man, three-woman jury awarded $31.45 million to a former Delray Beach lawn maintenance worker left paralyzed from the neck down in a collision on I-95.

After four hours of deliberation late Friday, jurors set total damages for Manos Milien, 61, at $33.1 million. He was found 5 percent liable for not wearing a seat belt, and the award was reduced by that amount.
