Florida has become the latest battleground for a urine analysis laboratory company’s effort to stop a competitor from allegedly using undercover sales representatives to dupe doctors into switching from one to the other.
Millennium Laboratories, headquartered in San Diego, is suing Denver-based Forensic Laboratories, another company with nationwide operations, in Miami-Dade Circuit Court.
