Before the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court tuck into their Thanksgiving dinners, they have a number of meaty petitions to discuss at their private conference on Tuesday.
Cases ranging from a massive Wal-Mart class action to a proposed reconsideration of a Holocaust insurance claim have been docketed for discussion at the conference. The Holocaust case and another involving Everglades restoration have South Florida players and impact.
