Citing violations of federal employment law, former employees of DJSP Enterprises filed a class action lawsuit against the embattled mortgage foreclosure processing firm and its founder, Plantation attorney David J. Stern.
Nikki Mack and three other former employees are seeking class certification to expand the lawsuit to at least 700 people fired by subsidiary DJSP Processing from Sept. 23 to Nov. 18.
