A Palm Beach Circuit jury gave an individual lender a little relief from a bad property appraisal, but he is still more than $1 million in the hole on a home he financed.

Oriel Tsvi, a cash lender to people who don’t qualify for bank loans, put up $1.18 million for a borrower buying a house in Wellington.
