There was an overall boost in employment-related class action litigation over the past year, an annual survey found.

The seventh annual edition of Seyfarth Shaw’s Workplace Class Action Litigation Report found the top 10 settlements struck last year in the areas of wage and hour, ERISA and governmental enforcement class actions totaled a combined $1.16 billion, the highest since Seyfarth Shaw began keeping track.
