A flame-thrower lifted a burning torch to his mouth, ready to spew fire into a fire pit containing the mortgage for a $210 million loan.

The pyrotechnics were part of a mortgage-burning stunt to commemorate the payoff of construction financing used to build the Trump Royale, the site of the ceremony and the last of three towers to be built at the Trump Grande Ocean Resort Residences in Sunny Isles Beach.
