The Judicial Nominating Commission for the 4th District Court of Appeal rebuffed a request from Gov. Rick Scott to expand a slate of nominees and responded by sending back the same list.
Scott rejected the slate of four nominees sent to his predecessor and told the JNC to send a new list with six names.
