The trustee in the Scott Rothstein bankruptcy case has reached settlements with the Republican Party of Florida, a feeder fund and a host of charities to repay money they received from Rothstein’s former law firm.
Late Tuesday, trustee Herbert Stettin, who is overseeing efforts to recover funds for the Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler estate, filed a settlement agreement with the Republican Party, which has agreed to pay $75,000.
