Days after a $410 million class action settlement was announced with Bank of America on overdraft fees, attorneys in Miami federal court Tuesday indicated other cases are far from resolved.
About three dozen banks including Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo are defendants in the multidistrict litigation charging banks manipulated check clearing times to reward themselves with multiple overdraft charges.
