Seacoast National Bank is moving quickly to foreclose on 60 acres of undeveloped land controlled by an affiliate of Catalfumo Construction and Development and is targeting the personal assets of founder Dan Catalfumo.

The tract is at the northeast corner of Interstate 95 and PGA Boulevard.
