Citing discovery abuses in an investor lawsuit, a Miami-Dade judge has entered a default judgment against a Miami Beach company and its entrepreneur, marking the latest in CEO Claudio Osorio’s legal problems.

Addressing what she called “false testimony” by defendants and attempts to delay discovery, Circuit Judge Valerie R. Manno Schurr ruled against Osorio and his firm, InnoVida Holdings.
