Yoss LLP plans to close its main Fort Lauderdale office April 1 with the departure of the law firm’s newly named litigation chief, Jan Atlas, and 11 other attorneys.

Charlie Pearlman, a former partner at Yoss’ Fort Lauderdale office, and two other former partners, said they learned from current partners about the defections and office closing.
