Circuit Judge Jeffrey Streitfeld will move from complex litigation to business court. Circuit Judge Robert Rosenberg moves from business court to general civil. Circuit Judge Jack Tuter moves from general civil to complex litigation.
While Streitfeld is leaving behind most of the complex litigation, he will keep certain cases due to his long-term involvement.
