A jury found Wal-Mart was not to blame for a customer’s slip and fall.

In 2008, Patricia Martin, then 39, was getting a shopping cart when she slipped on water from a leaky roof. She claimed herniated cervical discs, requiring a two-level cervical fusion. She also claimed she will require additional medical treatment for continued pain and physical limitations.
