Shutts & Bowen partner Anitra Lanczi took on that challenge in assembling a $61.9 million credit facility provided jointly by BankUnited and TD Bank for the Holland-Sheltair Aviation Group. The Fort Lauderdale-based borrower is comprised of eight companies and the loan is secured by seven leaseholds at three airports.
The transaction closed in September.
