The appellate and circuit benches in Miami will be losing judges in the coming weeks when two return to private practice.
Judge David M. Gersten plans to leave the 3rd District Court of Appeal after more than two decades on the bench to join Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod as head of its appellate practice.
