The state Judicial Qualifications Commission filed charges Wednesday against Circuit Judge William Singbush with the Florida Supreme Court. The panel said his tardiness is compounded by the length and number of his smoke breaks.



Singbush responded to a mistrial motion over a mistake he made in a suit over an airport runway used by actor John Travolta by saying he knew only one perfect person “and for that we murdered him.” He then referred to “Christ” and his belief in God.
