U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray has recused himself from the case of a Pennsylvania warehousing operation after a colleague previously withdrew.
Trafford Distributing Center attorneys Robert Sweetapple and Douglas Broeker of Sweetapple Broeker & Varkas in Boca Raton asked the Fort Lauderdale judge to drop out because his son is a bankruptcy attorney practicing in the same district.
