Buyer Bayfront 2011Property LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genting Malaysia Berhard, a part of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based The Genting Group, which claims to be the largest operator of destination resorts in the world. The giant consortium owns more than 40 casinos in the United Kingdom.
