Commercial litigator Larry Silverman has returned to Akerman Senterfitt as a shareholder from Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman.
He left Akerman in 2008 to co-found Silverman Cosgrove & Sammatro, which was acquired by New York-based Kasowitz Benson in 2009.
