The Beatles album “Revolver” engrossed the 4th District Court of Appeal over issues of jurisdiction in the Internet age.

Even after a Beatles memorabilia merchant dropped his appeal, the 4th DCA held onto the case and decided Wednesday that Palm Beach Circuit Judge Jack Cox was at least half right by insisting Florida has jurisdiction over the online retailer’s New Jersey-based website.
