Attorney Bernard Snyder was hit with a verdict that could total more than $2 million in a civil RICO suit in which State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance Co. accused him of being the mastermind of a massive fraud scheme to pad auto accident cases with bogus medical records.
The federal jury returned its verdict June 20.
