With 2½ years left on its lease, one of downtown Miami’s largest tenants has hired a top commercial real estate broker to begin scouting for space elsewhere.
Akerman Senterfitt, one of Florida’s largest law firms, hired Tere Blanca of Blanca Commercial Real Estate about six weeks ago. The firm is seeking about 110,000 square feet of office space when its lease at the SunTrust International Center expires in 2014.
