Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Milton Hirsch could soon find himself on the other side of the bench as a defendant in a lawsuit brought by his former landlord.

Datran Center in Miami, where Hirsch rented space for his criminal defense practice before becoming a judge this year, filed suit April 19 against the judge seeking payment of rent for the duration of his lease.
