The bankruptcy case of Miami Beach entrepreneur Claudio Osorio is becoming increasingly contentious.
Miami attorney Geoffrey Aaronson, who represents Osorio and his wife, Amarilis, in their Chapter 11 case, on Thursday filed a scathing objection to a notice of non-compliance filed earlier in the week on behalf bankruptcy trustee Mark Meland.
